What counts as one run?
One run is a complete judged session: your rubric parsed, the full six-judge panel, live follow-up questions, and a scored report you can keep. Retakes and re-recordings inside the same session don't cost extra.
Do event pack runs expire?
No. The 5 runs in an Event Pack sit in your balance until you use them. No countdown, no season limit.
Can I cancel Unlimited whenever I want?
Yes. Monthly and yearly Unlimited have no contract. Cancel from your billing page and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly Unlimited?
Same judges, same room. Monthly is $14.99 every month. Yearly is $149 once a year, which is two months free versus paying monthly. Switch or cancel from billing.
Do you keep my video?
Default 90 days if you allow save. Keep recordings holds files until you delete them. Opt out any time. Skip save and you still get a report.
Does Unlimited include Keep recordings?
No. Keep recordings is a separate add-on at $2.99/mo or $24/year. It stacks with Free, Event Pack, or Unlimited. It does not include extra runs.
What if I cancel Keep recordings?
90 days, then the files are gone. Reports and transcripts stay.
Can I delete one take?
Yes. Delete a recording in the product any time. That take is gone; the rest of your library and the report stay.
Do you offer team or school licenses?
