SpeakNow is a rehearsal room. It is not the contest, the class, or the job. Read this before you treat a number like a verdict.
Not an official grade
A 91 here is a rep, not a ribbon. SpeakNow does not issue contest results, school grades, certifications, or hiring decisions. Organizers, teachers, and interviewers do.
The panel can miss
Six AI judges are software. They can mishear a name, flatten a joke, or over-weight a rubric line. Use the report as a second pair of ears, then check the work yourself.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, immigration, or professional advice. If your pitch is about those topics, get a human who is licensed to say so.
You own the pitch
You are responsible for what you say, upload, and record, including other people in frame, confidential decks, and whether a contest even allows AI rehearsal.
Not DECA, FBLA, or TSA
We mention student orgs because people practice for them. SpeakNow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of those programs unless we say so in writing.
As-is, then you decide
The Service is provided as available. Features change. Models change. If a score and a human judge disagree, trust the room you are actually walking into.
THE SHORT LEGAL VERSION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakNow and its operators disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness, and non-infringement, and are not liable for decisions you make based on scores, transcripts, or comments. Limits of liability in the Terms of Service still apply. This page is a notice, not a separate contract, except that it is incorporated into those Terms.
